In the spring of 2022, the prices of all things are rising due to the rise in crude oil prices and the depreciation of the yen.

The material costs of KENTO HASHIGUCHI are no exception.

Since this spring, the main fabric used has increased 1.3 times on average from the original fabric and processing cost.

Since the raw materials have gone up, the selling price will be raised. The calculation is easy.

However, there are many other things to consider before raising the price.

The fact that all prices are rising means that the value of 100,000 yen up to now is no longer worth 100,000 yen.

Exaggeratedly speaking, it costs 110,000 yen this month to live from 100,000 yen until last month.

The same can be said for the staff working at our company.

Whenever prices go up, salary and labor costs must go up.

Otherwise, the Japanese will only get poorer and poorer.

It is impossible to complete everything in Japan alone without relying on imports, so if you do not follow Japan as long as inflation is progressing in the world, you will have to pay a few months' salary in the future to buy an iPhone. maybe.

There are no specifications at all, but it can't be helped. I'm disciplined by the one called capitalism.

Even if such inflation progresses, if salaries do not rise and the economy is in the worst condition, it is said to be called stuffing and economic terms. I think I heard a lot about stuffing when I was in college.

To prevent this from happening, as a provider and payer, I would like to consider improving salaries as a set.

As previously announced, the price of the majority of KENTO HASHIGUCHI bags will be increased a little from May.

At the same time, the salary of the staff from May will be increased or less.

I usually do whatever I want, but as long as I do business, I want to laugh as much as possible with the people involved.

Of course, including everyone who loves it.
