To commemorate KENTO HASHIGUCHI's 8th anniversary, designer Kento Hashiguchi's first solo exhibition was held at Sutachido in Kyoto.
Leather Scale" is made by sanding scraps of leather from bag making to a thickness of 0.4mm.
It is made by tearing and pasting each piece of Japanese paper together like papier-mâché.
Display and sell free-standing objects and two-dimensional works that can be hung on the wall (or used as a top plate).

The price of this work is determined by the surface area of the leather scales used.
DS used for leather is an area unit of 10cm*10cm.
The price of the leather scale work is 1ds=¥2,000(+tax).
It will cost approximately 25,000 (+tax) for a board work of F4 size (A4 + about 4 cm above and below).
