"Olden" was redesigned by Kento Hashiguchi to breathe new life into the student bag that was used in the past and to be used for modern commuting to school.

Although olden is simple, it is also unique in that it gives a stylish and pop impression depending on how you hold it.

The metal fittings that can be called the icon of the olden series are made in Japan and are rarely seen.

You can open it by pushing down the part that can be turned like a dial. It has a key and can be locked, but it is recommended that you use it as a decoration or keep it at home.

The feature of olden is that there are four ways to hold it.

When you remove the string, it becomes a briefcase on hand. When the string is attached to the specified position, it changes into a shoulder bag or a vertical / horizontal backpack.

If you wear it vertically, it will give you a good-looking impression, and if you carry it diagonally or horizontally, it will give you a cute impression.

Available in three colors: black and gray.

The gusset of olden is 8 cm. It is recommended to use a wallet or mobile phone that you want to take out immediately in the front pocket.

Small items such as keys and coin cases can be stored in a small pocket with a brand tag.

The string is a 30mm wide string. I remade the sample many times, and if the width is wider than 30 mm, it gives a rugged impression, and if it is narrower, the burden on the shoulder becomes heavier, so this width was adopted.

If you carry your computer with you every day, the pressure on your shoulders will be distributed in two compared to a tote bag, so it will be reduced.

Because it is a domestic laminated fabric, there is little worry on rainy days and it is easy to clean.

The olden weighs 600g. Generally, it weighs the equivalent of a bunch of bananas. Since this product uses canvas, it feels lighter than it looks.

How much can you put in?

It's sized to fit a 16-inch Macbook and is sturdy. Since the gusset is 8 cm, it can also store water bottles and PET bottles.

Is the burden on my shoulders okay?

A 30mm wide belt is used to reduce the burden on the shoulders while maintaining the slimness of the appearance. When used with a backpack, the weight is distributed and the burden is reduced.

What should I do if I get wet?

We would appreciate it if you could gently wipe it off with a towel before it soaks in. This product has a water-repellent effect because the canvas is laminated, but be careful not to get it too wet as water will seep inside from the sewn seams.

If it gets dirty, rub it with an eraser as soon as possible. You can also use a melamine sponge moistened with water. Please note that if there is a period of time after it gets dirty, it will deposit and it will be difficult to remove the dirt.
